Any ADN/diploma nurses not getting the BSN?

I'm curious to know if there are any ADN or diploma nurses not going back to school for the BSN. Personally, I have decided to pursue the RN-BSN online. The writing is on the wall at my hospital. They want all of their nursing staff to attain the BSN by 2020.

I was one of those 'don't need it' nurses and went without a BSN for 20 years.. I *still* don't need it, but the writing is on the wall at the hospitals around here, even in podunk-town, so I went back and got one. At what it cost me, even if I don't use it, I think it was worth it.
