Another annoying California question

Specializes in Med/surg PCU ER.

Hello,

So I’ve spoken to recruiters and they quote me a decent hourly. I’d like to hear from nurses that work in the LA area what the average pay scale is. I prefer to work PRN as I get a higher hourly and I get benefits from my husbands employer. I have over 10 years of experience, mostly ER but as of lately I’ve been picking up most of my shifts on med/surg and really enjoy the change of pace and would like to stay in that department when we move. So my question is, what’s a realistic hourly to ask for? Not a recruiters quote.
