I sent in all my info and am just waiting to see its been received online. After much soul searching and trying a few options, I know this is the right program. My fingers are crossed. Good luck to anyone else applying :-)

oh theres still hope! :) I think it's 30 days from the date on your acceptance letter.

Unfortunately no. My admission. Counselor responded on march 24th that they pull off the list in no order in early summer or late spring. I think I should check in again.

Have you started your classes yet Mjo07?

Ooh definitely check back with them just to make sure. Not yet, ill be registered on Monday for my summer courses and orientation for the Fall will be in June.

I received a response from the admission counselor that if i don't get pulled from the waitlist by Aug. 1, that I can start in Spring 2014. Ill take it! in a way, at this point, I would even prefer the spring date. I'm currently in surgical technology program so I would be in clinicals at the same time as that first semester in fall since I'll be done in Dec. And it will give me a little time to figure out how I'm going to pay for it! lol

I am so incredibly happy :-)

Unfortunately they made a mistake and I won't be starting in spring, and they will transfer my application for fall '14 but am not accepted at this point. I only need the nursing sequence courses and apparently that sequence begins in the fall only. I've planned around this for months. I feel insanely defeated. Simmons is still my top choice but it looks like ill still be applying to other programs for next fall as I'm not accepted. :(
