Ankle Fracture return to work

Nine weeks ago I fractured my tib/fib at the ankle. I had to have an ORIF. I had only just started a new job six weeks prior to the break. I was given a relocation bonus. Doctor cleared me for weight bearing 4 days ago & I am getting more concerned about if or when I will ever be able to go back to the bedside. I know its only been 4 days and I need to give it more time. I'm concerned that if I'm unable to go back to working in the hospital that I will have to repay the relocation. Is anyone familiar with this type of thing? I'm already financially hurting because of the fracture. Any advice?
