The aanp website is somewhat vague in regards to which cme it will accept. Of course they have their own free cme but I need to some courses for a part time job I got in the ER for credentialing and it says that it is ANCC certified but doesn't mention aanp. The aanp does state that stuff can be submitted for validation i believe, but if anybody else has the knowledge of whether or not stuff that counts toward ANCC is satisfactory for AANP please let me know.
It is from the aha website so I am hoping if that is good enough for AMA AAPA and what not that it is good enough for AANP.
It is not ACLS or PALS, its a bunch of their other classes I have to take.
Thanks!

They should. ANCC is listed in their list of approved CE providers: Continuing Education Opportunities - AANPCP
thanks for the great response. My reason for asking was I was equivocal in regards to think they would take or not since they list ACLS AND PALS as not CME-able but a few other courses are. Maybe everything except ACLS PALS BLS is acceptable from AHA since those three are not usually meant for CME but for credentialing. They do have a few courses from AHA listed but not everything they offer on the aanp website.
