I'm an American expat living in northeast Brazil. I came here with savings, working on a grad program (master's in nursing education).
I don't seem to be having very good luck applying for remote positions. I would love to work in telephone triage or patient education, but living abroad seems to be something people take issue with.
Any ideas/creative options? (No negative Nancys please). Thanks in advance!
You would make more money teaching English as a foreign language there. TEFL. You could teach in schools or even teach English to people in other countries on your computer. Honestly that would be much more fun then trying to legally be a nurse in Brazil.
