A cursory glance at their website indicates that they are not regionally accredited (meaning you cannot transfer credits earned- and may impact your ability to earn a higher degree in the future) and they are not yet ACEN accredited.

Flags.

Also- the tuition for a single year LPN program is $24,500. You could attend a Big Ten university and live on campus for TWO years for that much.
