Am I Pregnant?

hi I am having all the symptoms of pregnancy , but i still have my period and a negative blood test . But it happened to my mom and the doctors didn't find out that my mom was pregnant until she was 6 months pregnant could i be going through the same thing and if i am pregnant i would be 6 weeks

is it possible to be big and show and only be 6 weeks i want to know if i am pregnant or not the doctors don't know a thing and i feel little flutters from time to time someone give me some advice i could really use it thank you
