allowed to take biology?

I was wondering if anyone has done this or know about it? I went to nursing counselor, and she told me to take bio 1 this summer, even if didnt score the points on math that i needed(entrance test for college). Is this allowed, it says it's a pre-req for biology to score 41 in math prior to class. What happens if i take bio, then re-take math test later to try and pass. I am also going to take a refresher math this summer? Anyone can help me with this question, I would forever be greatful

If I were you, I'd contact the biology department and get their input. At least where I live, some classes do have prerequisite scores from placements tests for math or English. However, these tend not to be hardcore requirements and simply reflect desired proficiencies to be successful in the class. I'd give the biology department a call, speak to them about what you were advised by your nursing counsellor, and get your questions answered.
