Hello. Anyone applied for bsn Towson spring 2017

I really dont have any idea why. But from the many posts from UMSON students, most prefare UMSON to TOWSon. Maybe bcos of proximty. Not sure. The two programs seem to me to be on the top tier in Maryland.

The 2 programs seem pretty equal to me. I think it may be that UMSON is more well known. And UMSON also has a higher NCLEX pass rate but the difference wasn't much.

Two reasons I know are that UMSON is ranked as one of the top ten BSN programs in the country,and has a higher NCLEX pass rate. I don't know much about Towson but I know a few people who've graduated from UMSON.They're both good schools i'm sure,but based on statistics UMSON is better. I personally plan on applying to both.

I applied for the Fall 2017. My GPA is pretty low at 2.5, but my science GPA is around 3.1 and I placed in the 97th percentile on my TEAS and have experience working in an ER. I was wondering if anyone had any insight on the application process. They just sent out emails saying they began reviewing the applications. Any help would be super appreciated.
