Does anyone else have issues getting supplies from them? The first time I ordered scrubs from them I had issues receiving them. It took about 1 month for two pieces of the order to be sent and then an additional 2 weeks for the other items to be sent. The issue was they were showing in stock items that were really back ordered and didn't tell me they were back ordered for two weeks.
This time around, it's been 1 week since I ordered a stethoscope watch. I called them today and they told me that the items cannot be canceled because they are ready to be shipped. I told them that if they do not ship tonight, I want my order canceled. No offense, but it shouldn't take this long to ship items because it'll take another week to get here.
Maybe I am just spoiled with Amazon that gets nearly all of my stuff out within one or two days and I receive them on average 1 week later. Everything I order online comes a lot quicker including textbooks, Bestbuy items, Amazon, Medisave (including my personalized stethoscope), and really anything I buy online.
The exception was Sears who wouldn't cancel an order but I opened a claim with Paypal and they refunded my money asap (I ordered stuff a week before Black Friday in November and by the end of December, after Christmas, I still hadn't received half my order).
Even my custom Aviators shipped today and that's only 3.5 weeks since I ordered them (it was an estimated time frame of 4 to 6 weeks).
It just frustrates me that I went back and forth with two sites that had the item I wanted and I chose Allheart because it looked less sketchy. I guess design doesn't mean much.

I've used allheart for over 10 years. Most of the items usually will state that they are back ordered when they are placed in the cart. They also do not charge until items are available, and will notify you before. I had one back ordered item come within 2 weeks of my original order; I also bought two stethoscopes from them; one was engraved and received it within their estimated time frame. I also use uniform advantage, Lydia's and Amazon. The super shipper option is always optimal.
I must have had bad luck then. None of the items said back ordered till at least a week later. I even pulled up my confirmation emails.
