Albany State University (ASU) Fall 2024 HCP to RN bridge program

Hello, 

I created this forum for individuals who have applied to Albany State University Fall 2024 HCP to RN bridge program. The deadline is June 1 and I am sure we are all waiting on our acceptance letter/email 

@Bell30 MY TEAS score was on the floor. I scored higher getting into my LPN program 3 years ago than I did. I got rejected into bridge program at school I've been at since 2021 - ( didn't apply for other schools ) about two weeks ago. Was looking for other fall programs I may be eligible. Saw ASU June 1st deadline .. and went looking for schools with a TEAS test. Soonest one I could do off of work and only one in May I could find was literally 2 days later. No studying.. got a whopping 67%🥹. My writing score literally went from 78.4 to a 53.9 and every other area went up smh. How about that . I'm just going to hope for the best. I truly feel like if this isn't it then there is some other God given reason . I have a 6 year old, 5 year old Autistic son, and a 5 month old . I've always been able to accomplish the hard things I've set my mind on.. even when going through it feels terrible. So I trust that if doesn't happen for me- it's because it wasn't supposed to. Will try again in 2025 for sure!

I'm definitely writing this in my notes 😮‍💨😮‍💨... I feel like at this point we just need to let go and let God do his thing. ♥️ . If it's for us, we gone get it. I don't think a 67% is bad. Best of luck to all of us though , and praying that everything works in our favor.

Hi Autumn. Trust me, I am just as nervous as you. I feel like we've made it this far and there is so much more that God has in store for us. I believe I will see you and Bell at the finish line and at the nursing orientation

We will all be at the finish line. I truly look forward to seeing you and Autumn at the Cordele Campus. I wonder if we will receive the email first or the letter of acceptance first

I'm thinking around the end of the week, but I asked a few people who had got in, and they said they didn't receive anything until the end of the month. My anxiety is killing me LOL

I can't even see my transcripts from prior schools in banner web so it gives me anxiety the nursing staff can't see it. LOL

Hey Autumn, 

I called the school and I was transferred to a lady who on the committee for decision making. She stated that they should send out decisions in two weeks. But I should've asked if that two weeks from the deadline which would be next week Friday orrrrrrrrrrr is it two weeks from when I called. The anxiety of it all has my stomach in knots. But I know we have all come so far and I know this isn't the end for us.
