Hi Everyone! This is my first time writing. I have a question. I live in Summit County and want to go to RN school. I took the TEAS test and passed (Thank God) Now I am looking into either attending Akron Institute on Arlington Rd or National Institute of Technologyin Cuyahoga Falls. My question is, does anyone have any advice on which school is better, both in training and cost? I have been looking closely at Akron Institute but they only accept 30 people and I am not sure yet if I will be accepted and just recently learned about National Institute of Technology. ANy advice will be highly appreciated, I do not want to make a big mistake. Thank you in advance

Did you decide on a school? I would love to find out more on NIT too.
I did end up attending Akron Institute on Arlington Rd. The reason is that they are a 20 month RN school. NIT offers an RN program but you will need to be an LPN first. Akron Institute is very intensive but I love it. It is also an associates degree. You must pass the TEAS test to be admitted and they only accept 30 students per term. Let me know if you have any more questions. Jackie
