I’m beyond ready to know what my future holds! Nervous, excited, and a little scared too. Does anyone know what the first semester schedule is like?

Looking at aiken class schedule it looks like....

NUR 101 M/T 9:00-11:00

NUR 106 T 12:00-2:00

NUR 131 M 12:00-1:00

I talked with a person who was in the program a couple of years ago that the second half of the 1st semester you have nursing home clinicals, hers were 8:00-11:00, I think once a week. Then the 2nd-4th semester your clinicals start from 6:30 am. I can't wait to find out!!

Last year people received acceptance emails on July 3rd. That's 12 days away!! The closer we get the harder this wait is. Could it be next week? Or the following week?

I wish I could have applied to the LPN too but I am just taking a&p2 over the summer so I didn't have the required prereqs. Good luck Nursinghopeful28!!

Has anyone asked when we should find out? I know looking at previous years it's been end of June/beginning of July.

I heard (through the grape vine) that they made decisions but have to start sending letters out. I heard that like a week and a half ago. I did not call personally, so I’m not sure how accurate the info is. I’m not even sure how the person that I talked to got the info.

Someone should call and check when they are sending them out. ??

I would think it’s the nursing department, but I’m not really sure.

I called enrollment and she said beginning of July and we will get an email if accepted. I was really hoping for this week!
