I am a new grad and I'm having a hard time finding a job. I'm thinking about agency work...can anyone share anything regarding agencies? Good, bad, what exactly is agency work?

Most agencies around here require at least some experience. I've done agency work a few times, it's usually decent money. The hospital they sent me to was a lot calmer than my hospital so it was nice to take a break from the craziness and get paid more than my normal base pay.
