Agency nurse finding care and treatment of patients at facility unsafe...

OK, agency nurses....do you ever feel like you receive backlash from staff and management at places where you work if you speak up about poor practice, poor safety standards, and/or care standards? I noticed my hours started getting cut significantly when I spoke up, and wrote an incident report.

Is it better to just not say anything at all? Anyone else navigated this situation?
