    I don't think any "locked unit" should have 1 staff member ever. It should ALWAYS be at least 2 per unit.

    Its allowed. You can work in Ottawa with your ON license and still pay your taxes in Quebec (where you actually live). Totally do-able.

    OK, agency nurses....do you ever feel like you receive backlash from staff and management at places where you work if you speak up about poor practice, poor safety standards, and/or care standards? I noticed my hours started getting cut significantly when I spoke up, and wrote an incident report. Is it better to just not say anything at all? Anyone else navigated this situation?
