which agency is best?

I just finished filling my app out for Aureus and then read a few posts somewhere in a thread here that they are the worst. Then I read that AMN is the McDonalds of travel nursing. So which ones are the best ones to go with as a new traveler? I am pacu and looking to travel in the Rocky mountain west and Alaska only. Thanks. Have about 10 yrs + experience.

Best for whom? There are close to 400 agencies that fill travel needs and each one has fans and detractors. The bigger the agency, the more of both.

The best indicator for success as a traveler is being able to communicate with your recruiter. Brand matters much less. There is no getting around calling lots of agencies and seeing who you click with. Pick the best 5 to work further with and don't fill out any paperwork until you have made your choices. They won't talk to you without an application? Fine, short conversation, much time saved.
