Agencies to KSA

Hello, does anyone knows of agencies going to KSA that accept application with experience 1 year and below? I heard that some went to KSA without experience at all. I need help guys, I'm desperate to go to other countries to try my luck as nurse for any nursing position. I really don't know, but looking at the scenario for us new nurses here in the Philippines, where to crowded and no job to accommodate us all, i think that's the one reason why most of us are unemployed, and of course i think also we have lack of support from other authorities that could help us address our nursing employment. I really wanted to start an independent life, looking at my situation now, a registered nurse but still relying on my parents, it's to hard to think that my parents are getting older, and still they are working and I' am here young but can't find a job that could help my parents. I've work for 6months but when the contract was finished, here I' am again looking no where... I don't know how to start AGAIN, thinking of my profession and its current situation. Pls. guys if you could reply me some info and advise, it is very much appreciated. Thanks!

    gee..feelin' the same situation here...I really want 2 be independent too...I've heard a lot of news regarding new graduates working immediately as staff nurses in KSA even without any experience...Im still searching for agencies willing to recruit nurses with less than a year of experience. I've submitted my infos to POEA but haven't received any txt yet. Well, of course as expected they would prioritize nurses with more experience. I only have 4 months of hospi experience and I think I have to continue volunteering till I meet the minimum experience they need...haaiisst...pero hoping to be accepted in KSA if there would be any chance...Hoping..hoping..hehe^^

    so i called them and asked if they accept nurses without experience. the lady said that they accept experienced nurses. so i told that i saw from a particular site that they are urgently in need of nurses with/without experience.

    so she told me: submit 2 sets of requirements.

    hi! i submitted my docs at 99manpower as well last june 2010, but I havent received any call or text yet...hmmmm still hoping, by the way have you already submitted docs to them?

    u can ask a list of accredited agency, i think in ground floor of POEA.

    I'm not so sure about volunteering. Most agencies and even POEA do not consider volunteer/training experience, they will be looking for your COE. I think POEA doesn't care much about how long the applicant's experience is as long as they met the minimum years required because there are still exams and interviews where you will be evaluated.

    for females,i think it's not difficult to work in saudi..i knew some of my gal friends that are already in KSA now.. they didn't have even that experience as a staff nurse but they were accepted..though salary isn't that big, KSA hospitals are good for learning and experience..:up:

    yes it is accredited..the salary that they offer is very low though;( about 14-16k..they have an affiliated hospital in Saudi, it's like they are the agency of the hospital that hires nurses for them.

    Sirswash is ryt..Ksa gov. hospital only accepts Female because they prioritize saudi male nurse..But Experience is a must, POEA will not process your documents now if you dont have the min exp. needed , Not like before that KSA accept nurses without experience and non-board passer..anyway,99 manpower agency has a good standing in Poea, I will call them tomorrow for verification..Good Luck!!
