Some of the countries that you have listed are not hiring any nurses from your country; they do not permit licensure as an RN there if not a citizen of there.
The UK has a hiring freeze in place and there is no way to obtain a visa to work there, same as for the remainder of the EU. Jobs go first to those from that country, then next to citizens of other EU countries, then to those with significant work experience in an area where there is a shortage.
Singapore requires at least two years of paid work experience.
Japan will not permit anyone that is not a Japanese national to get licensed there, they also require that one trains in Japan. A Japanese national that trains in another country is unable to get licensed in Japan.
The US is under a retrogression so one is looking at more than five years for a chance at a visa. Much has already been written on this topic on the International Forum; same with Australia and New Zealand. Each state in the US has their own licensing requirements as well as agencies that attempt to supply nurses to that specific area. And the same thing goes for Canada, each province has individual licensure as well.
There is no best agency for any country, each has their p;us side and minus side. We do not post lists of those that anyone thinks are best, that may not be the case for all.
We ask that you spend time on the International Forum as a start as far as what licensure requirements are for each and every country that you have mentioned.
