Affordable ABSN program for out of state (CA/WUE) student?

Hi everyone!

I have been working in health care for a few years now on and off as a ski patroller and now in a clinic as an MA and have decided to pursue an ABSN program. I live in CA and have had little luck finding affordable one year programs. I have a BS in Biology and feel ready to complete the program in as little time as possible to minimize loans/time etc. Does anyone know of affordable 12-15 month ABSN programs that cost less than 35K for tuition? So far I'm aware of NAU--although if anyone could quote an approximate WUE cost for that program that would be appreciated too! Any ideas are welcome!

Mercy College of Health Science in Des Moines, IA is 12 months and under 35K. You can apply for Fall 2021 by April 1st. Their application is free if you apply through their site. I got accepted to their program and will be starting in May. Take a look at the curriculum and make sure you are prepared to eat sleep and breath nursing. I recommend getting in touch with an academic advisor soon so they can advise you on whether or not you need to take any additional classes this Summer.
