Affinity test code

Usually my test code is the same H code (typical one for us) but today my test code was O-727758. Can't find it anywhere online and have zero idea what it could be. It was test #16 and I've had all negative tests thus far, and only have to do this for a year total. Curious if anyone had any idea what they're testing for?
