Aesthetic RN NYC Salary?

Hi! Just trying to get a feel for how much RNs (not NPs) in NYC make anywhere in the cosmetic (plastics, dermatology, aesthetic, medspas) field, primarily outpatient/private practice. I have a friend from LA who was making 85k on paper but was bringing in 130 after bonuses/commission/perks. I also assume there would be more room for growth there as it's outpatient?

I'm currently working in a PICU in a large hospital in NYC, making pretty good money but bonuses and raises aren't guaranteed (and are also only a few hundred dollars a year at best), not really many perks. Looking to leave bedside in a year or so and wanted to know what salaries/benefits were looking like for RNs before considering going derm NP route. Would really appreciate any input!
