Hi, I'm currently a year 2 nursing student doing my bsn. Today was really sad for me because I just had my practical test for infant bathing, and I just found out that I failed, and that I might have to go for reassessment. I feel like I'm stuck in a slump because I generally enjoy studying the subjects in my degree, but when it comes to practical skills, I will fail and have to keep going for reassessment.
I wish it wasn't much of a self-fulfilling prophecy for me. I did sign a bond, and will work in a medical ward once i'm done with my bsn. I just want to know if you guys have any tips, and any encouraging stories for me. I feel really disappointed in myself and day in and day out. I keep telling myself i'm not made for this, but at the same i enjoy communicating with patients and making them feel better. help
