I used the disk that came with saunders and also a Delmar one. I found it a lot easier to study with a Q&A format on the pc rather than just reading. I made sure I read all rationale even for the ones that I got right. I think this may have help with test anxiety a bit, walking into nclex I my head it was like ok this is just a study session, but I knew it wasn't.
Its hard to say. I had almost 80% priority. I so thought I failed cause I only had maybe 4 medications ones and those were who would get med 1st. I shut off at 85. It seemed like only a few ?'s were ones that I knew the answer to all others I had to critical think. I did not have any SATA's so I lucked out.
