Advice from SWFL NP's

Hi all! 

Looking for some general advice. Used to live in Naples, FL and relocated to MN to work as a RN at Mayo Clinic. I am graduating with my FNP, DNP in May and plan on moving back home (Naples, Ft. Myers area). Does anyone have experience with a company/office they really like or would recommend to stray away from? I am also concerned about pay in FL- would I be best to specialize (ie. womens health, derm, cardiac etc..) I plan on taking the AANP in June, should I wait to apply to positions after I pass my exam, or apply a few months before? Thank you in advance for any extra advice, its much appreciated!
