advice please for job interview at dermatology office

Need some advice please about what to expect and questions I can ask at my job interview tomorrow at a dermatology office. Also, any idea on what starting pay might be?? I'm in Virginia.

You should also come across as somewhat knowledgeable in dermatology, or at least give the impression that this is a specialty that interests you in some manner. I have no idea on the starting pay, but it will probably be low due to the fact that is is probably a private practice. Good luck to you!
