Advice for New Grad ICU

I graduated with my BSN in California two weeks ago, and have been applying to various new grad residency programs for an ICU position since March and have not had any success. I have been looking in CA, TX, NY, FL, and am open to other places on the west and east coasts. Would appreciate any advice and tips on new graduate programs that have ICU positions, because I've been feeling really hopeless.

Lots of new grad spots in ICUs all over Arkansas, i scored a new grad residency in Oregon and im from California as well. Oregon has lots of nurse residency programs all over the state. Also mayo clinic takes on new grads a lot. Those are just a few the are lots around!
