Hey everyone, I'm hoping to get some advice on a pretty complicated situation involving RN license reinstatement.
A close friend of mine had her RN license revoked a couple of years ago. She has since done her time and successfully petitioned to get her license reinstated. She can fulfill all the court's conditions except one: providing bona fide transcripts from her school of nursing.
Here's the catch: her nursing school shut down years ago from another country, and it is impossible to get those transcripts now. To make things more frustrating, the board of nursing actually has her only transcript, which is how she was able to take her NCLEX initially.
So, what are her options?
1. Has anyone faced a similar issue or knows someone who has?
2. Are there alternative ways to prove her educational background that the board may accept?
Any guidance or suggestions would be super helpful. Thanks in advance!

If the board has her transcript.. where is the problem? If this is in two different states, why wouldn't that BON provide a copy?
