Advice needed on new grad moving to Arizona. Please help!

Hi everyone. I am a student nurse, expected to graduate in August and hopefully take my NCLEX here in New York in October. My fiance, who is soon getting his bar license, and I, are planning to move to Arizona around November. We are pretty nervous about it because we do not know the job demand for nurses and lawyers. Does anyone here live in Arizona? What is the starting and average salary for a nurse? Are they in high demand, what is the likelihood that I will get a job right away? Can a new grad lawyer get a job easily?

I work in ICU and we have no openings. And you wouldn't believe the quality of people we've been turning down.
