Im hoping it went well. My interview actually lasted longer than expected because it was the end of the day on a friday. Almost about 45 minutes, or so. We also went off topic, laughing and joking...with the 2 interviewers...
Questions: (from what I could remember)
- Why do you want to become a Nurse Practitioner?
-Why did you choose our school for graduate study, when you graduated undergrad from???
-What are your plans after graduation?
-Tell me about your previous experience???...
...I asked other questions, which extended the interview to different topics.
- They were really friendly, and I hope it went well. They are only accepting half of the students that they are interviewing...
- I have a 2nd interview coming up for Georgia State, which is a 2 hour group interview.
I have an interview for NGCSU coming up and don't know what to expect. We also have to write an essay on an article that will be presented to us!!! I am scared to pieces. I am not good at writing especially when I don't have a chance to look up information and rewrite my thought.
Goodluck with your interveiw, i HATE writing essays, let us know how it went
Good luck heartanimal!!! I hate writing essays myself.
@noski: I will not know anything from MCG until mid-April, so now its the waiting game. I will not hear naything back from Georgia State until the end of April, and I waiting to hear back from Georgia Southern, they are reviewing the applications now and will be contacting after the 1st of April. So Im hoping to get into one of these schools. I shall keep ya posted. Are you currently in grad school or trying to get into some where?
