Now I'm not going to let these discussions decide my career choice but I want advice from people who are in the healthfield. In Minnesota especially.
So im currently a DSP, working with disabled adults and passing meds. Ive currently been thinking of going back to school. Now im contemplating whether to get my assosciates in RN or become a medical adminstrative secretary. I love hands on with patients but my job is stressful I cant imagine being a nurse. I get anxiety thinking things will go wrong and when they do I stay calm and do what needs to be done. I stress about worse things that can happen but thats the whole reason of school is to learn what to do in bad situations right. Now being a secretary wont pay much but im so confused is it worth becoming a nurse.
Will it burden life? Does anyone regret it? Do you have friends as secretary's? If so how much do they make. Currently live in SW MN.
