Hi all!
With the deadline for the AHU 2025 cohort fast approaching, I figured I would start a thread for us to keep up with interview invites, acceptances, general questions / info etc.
Good luck and God Bless to everyone applying !!

Overall 3.67 GPA / Science GPA 4.0/ 6 years CVICU/STICU registered for ANES500 and withdrew from the Summer session because of deployment. Was told from my advisor you need to at least be registered for ANES500 to get an interview. no I have no paid anything and the AHU log in is slow/down from what I was told. IDK what's going on with that.
I was told you have to pay half of price of the course to be able to register. I was also under the impression that you have to be registered to be considered for an interview, but I haven't registered yet and I got am interview invite.
I'm confused why anyone would take this class OR pay for it before getting accepted. Per their instructions, you must apply to the college, then register for the ANES course. Neither required payment at this time since it isn't until fall. There was some code to remove any fee to register. I registered for the class the day it opened (they sent an email) and I applied to the program by the deadline, and got an interview offer. If you get accepted, you take the course (and pay for it) in the fall. If not, just drop the course. Why would people take this otherwise?

I wasn't aware there was a code to waive the fee to register for the Anes500. Would you mind sharing the code here. Exactly my thoughts, which is why I haven't registered, I don't want to pay to take it until I know I am accepted, but their deadline to register is July 5th, so technically if you can't waive the registration fee you would have to pay to register because they will still be interviewing after the registration deadline.

The fee waiver is for the university. You should've received an email with full instructions to register for the college and register for the course from Olympia Kelly.

I was able to waive the fee for the university not for the Anes500 class tho. No code for the class was sent in the instructions I received.

Sorry, I meant for the university. You don't need a code for the other, you don't have to pay. Just register per the instructions, that's it. No proof required of registration. If we get an offer, then we complete the course in the fall

hey just to clarify, the code is to apply as a non matriculated grad student. it waives the application fee for that, not waive tuition for the course. I did register for the course but it didn't ask me for a payment up front.

That's so strange because it required me to pay at least 50% upfront in order to register for the class.
