AdventHealth or Orlando Health

If you're a nurse in Orlando (Fla), and have worked at both AdventHealth or Orlando Health, which one would you advise a new grad nurse to choose?

I started at ORMC in the PCU unit. It is horrible... Patient ratio is supposed to be 4:1 but has been at 6:1 for almost 2 years. The unit is like medsurg with RRTs and codes. I have heard better reviews from other units. I am considering switching units, but I have also applied to Adevnt.
