Advancing as an LVN/LPN

Are there any courses I can take to advance in my career as an LVN? I want to be in a more supervisory position or maybe work behind a desk. I have been an LVN for 14 years, and have experience in a variety of settings. But my resume is beginning to look like I skip around too much. Getting older and not being able to get around as well, I would like a permanent solution. Thanks.

I have been tossing around that idea as well. Just a scary thought to return to school at my age. :) (long term school... not just a class)

I can understand that. I've thought about and am nervous about it too. Being a "new" grad sucks.
