ADN vs BSN for graduate

Hi all....I'm just wondering if you could help. I have a BS in Biomedical Science and an MS in Haematology. I am currently working as a clinical scientist. I am wondering if any of you can help regarding which route would be better for entering nursing...the accelerated BSN or the ADN. Financial reasons would dictate the latter, but what would be the best advice from people already in the profession. My aim is to get qualified and hopefully eventually get CNS qualification in Haem/Onc. What are the chances of being hired with an ADN even though I have science based BS and MS ? Would I be able to get the necessary work experience and then just do a RN to MSN bridge programme?
