Hi all! I am currently doing research on jobs upon graduation and NYC is top of my list for possible relocation.
I read somewhere that many major hospitals require a BSN due to saturation of the field. But I was wondering if that would be the end all, be all. Do some major hospitals still hire ADN RNs? I do not want to give up on this aspiration and believe there has to be a way.
P.S.: After I graduate with my ADN, I would have 2 degrees. The associates in nursing and a previous bachelors degree in public health. I will also be starting an RN-BSN online program as soon as I can.
please give me the best and realest advice. 🙂
