I will graduate in one month with my ADN. My current plan is to start on my BSN come January. An instructor of mine has gotten ahold of me and is trying to talk me into going straight for my MSN. She tells me that it will cut one year off of my schooling doing it this way. I know two things. I want to get my BSN for sure and the thought of my MSN is a possiblity. For those of you out there who have come to this same dilemma I would love to hear your input! Pros and cons!!

Well I have been a nurse for 23 yrs., have my ADN and just went back for my BSN and the school I and going to told me the same thing that I would cutoff a yr. if I went for MSN now. Well I don't want to work 5 days a week, don't want to be a boss so for me my BSN is great. What are your plans in the future?
