Nurses General Nursing

I'm in the process of applying for the nursing program after finishing two years of pre-requisites. I have some fears of the medical field being somewhat of a shock or different from what I imagine it to be. I love being of help to everybody and am intrigued by the medical field. To broaden my opportunity in the field...does anyone know positions in the administrative end???
