Adding Various Nursing Work Experience

Hello,

I'm nurse with a little over a year experience as an RN. Prior to that I was a grad nurse for 3 months, a nurse extern for 7 months and a CNA for 5 years, all on the same unit. I'd like to apply for new jobs but I'm not sure how to include my grad nurse and nurse extern jobs. They seem very redundant and I'm worried about my resume too long and filling it with irrelevant information. Maybe I'm making to much of this but I've become overwhelmed with putting together my resume with these jobs. 

I would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.
