Adding Job to Resume

Hi!

just wondering how quickly I can add a new job to my resume? Accepted a temporary position in float pool but my ultimate goal is to find a permanent position on a floor. Thus, I have continued my job search but have yet to update my resume with the temp position. I’m still currently waiting to start orientation. Any help would be appreciated!
