Anything could have happened. Literally anything at all. Facilities can and do drop agency nurses for the littlest thing, and when they don't have a good excuse to do it, they will sometimes make stuff up so they don't have to pay the rest of your contract. Since you are upset about it, I suggest talking to the recruiter and getting some clarity. My former agency didn't tolerate this kind of treatment from facilities and actually banned a facility for making up nonsense about nurses to get out of contracts.

I need some direction on this matter. In November last year I signed up for a 13 weeks travel assignment with an urgent to work in some facility in Arizona. The place was so welcoming and l had a 3 day orientation with a very friendly staff. I have been an LVN since 2012 and since then l have in various institutions mostly rehab centers. So l am familiar with most of the systems used. At this particular place, l used to work a 22 hour shift, from 7 pm to 7 am. I enjoyed my work and took my time especially when it came to medication administration. Residents began warm up to me as l would share some jokes with them. I was at the beginning of my 5 th week when l received a message from my Agency that the "facility" had demanded that l should not report for duty the following day since l had a med error . No one told me when the med error happened and what really happened. I tried to contact the urgency and no one responded. I also tried to find out from the facility what exactly happened and no one seems to have an answer. I finally bought a last minute ticket to fly back to my state. This things had haunted me so much. I have not been able to work since then and l going through depression right now. This urgency just called me to offer me another job somewhere with a lower pay rate. But they don't want to address my issue
