I possibly want to attend a nursing program that'll give me an AAS degree and they're accredited by NLNCA. I definitely want to pursue my BSN right after, but that school is accredited by CCNE. Will the CCNE accredited school accept the AAS degree even though it's accredited by a NLNCA?
Long story shot i'm asking can you transfer between the two? or do you have to stay under one?
Side note: After receiving my BSN, eventually I want to go on to a masters or higher...
Thanks in advance!

You can attend schools with different accreditation, the school will accept it. The CCNE is national accreditation for bachelor programs and higher, so associate programs are not CCNE accredited, they are NLNAC. Both are national accreditation, just different accrediting bodies for different degrees.

While it is most likely that the credits will transfer ... you should ask the particular BSN school in question. There is no substitute for asking the school itself. Too many people hesitate to ask about such things and end up being disappointed -- because they chose to accept the opinion of a stranger on the internet rather than contact the school they wish to attend.

Most RN-BSN programs actually don't look at your nursing courses (e.g. pharmacology, med/surg, etc.). They look at your undergraduate classes like biology, anatomy, speech, statistics, etc.
