Accepted RN job offer but have interview with Dream Job

So I have accepted a job offer for what I want to do as an RN. I went ahead and did the whole process of hiring (background check, Health screen) I am scheduled to start in 2 weeks. I was happy and very excited for this opportunity, but I have received a call for an interview at my dream hospital job. I don't know what to do. Is it bad to have done all that and then last minute say you no longer are interested? I signed HR paperwork as well. I am so heartbroken that I have to deal with this. What do you think is the best thing for me to do..I can go ahead and do the interview it won't hurt, but what if a few weeks later I get a call for the job but I had already started the job I accepted? What should I do?

Go to the interview and see if you even get an offer. You might not. If you do, then you can agonize over the decision and decide what to do.
