Accepted to Mount St Marys Spring 09 but have questions??

Wow, so I received my Mount St Mary acceptance letter yesterday..Yeah Yeah...but was kinda bummed because they admitted me to the pre-nursing option of their program even though in December I will have finished up all MSMC pre-reqs (taking last 2 pre-reqs this fall and grades will be posted December 21)..after these are complete (in like 2 weeks) there are no other classes for me to take..but in their acceptance letter they said that I have at least one (if not more) semesters to take before I am admitted to the nursing program...Has anyone ever heard of this before? Is it because the school wants money so they make you attend one semester prior? I don't get it and am totally confused...hopefully someone can help me with this? Thanks so much!!

I would just call the school tomorrow to see what they say...it does certainly sound confusing. Good luck!
