i believe it was within 8 weeks. orientation was the first week in december. the envelope was 5 x 7 and thick. that is a good indicator. i got in the first shot, but heard some of the students had applied 3-4 times. it was hard. a lot of studying, but not so much homework. i was class president, graduated with honors, took care of a husband, two kids and my home remained spotless. so if i could do it anyone can. mrs. uniacke is a great teacher and pretty much taught from the book, major was difficult, i used to record his lectures and his tests were based on that info. ms. bower's tests were off the wall, still don't know what books she was teaching from. good luck, let me know if you get in.
I can't believe i got in. i am sooo excited. has anyone attended brevard community college's lpn program. a heads up would be great.:balloons:
So how was the experience for you Sylina?? I am going to start next year and wanted to know if it was difficult for you and did you have the same teachers that the previous student in 2007 have?
im not sure if my teachers were the same. It was a.very disorganized program and 1 of the teachers had some form of memory issue because she forgot ALOT. I did fairly well, but busted my butt to get done. If i honestly had to do that program again i dont think i would. You pretty much teach yourself everything. I hope things have changed for the better.I can't believe i got in. i am sooo excited. has anyone attended brevard community college's lpn program. a heads up would be great.:balloons:
