Academic partnership requirement at UTA

I live in the state of Maryland and i've applied to the UTA's RN to BSN online. Are out of state students admitted to the program? What does academic partnership means? Will I ned to be an employee at a participating hospital to be admitted into the online program?

The requirement for each Co-Op class is 120 work hours in 5 weeks of the class. Also, haven't taken it yet, but it seems like you would need to be employed for the Management class.

I emailed the program advisor and was told that the only course that I couldn't take was Co-op. But I can choose some other upper level electives. I applied the program recently and hope can get through it. There is no year limitation to finish the program, so I might take some courses which need work experience after I get a job.
