It's an icd-9-cm diagnosis code for billing "Coronary atherosclerosis of unspecified type of vessel, native or graft"
Basically a chronic ischemic heart disease or coronary artery disease/arteriosclerosis

If you find another odd abbreviation like that it's likely a coding abbreviation. Google the combination as there are a few free websites that list the current diagnosis codes. It won't give you much detail other than the full terminology but you can then use your nursing knowledge to decipher the rest.
