AANP HELP!!!!!

I am studying for the AGNP exam and is terrified. I have taken the APEA review course and have the leik review questions book. Can anyone who has taken the exam give me some sample questions they had on the exam. If you haven't taken the exam what questions have you heard are similar to the aanp examination. I took an online course and don't have any study partners. Feeling like i am by myself. Help please!!!

Since you are familiar with the APEA review, I strongly recommend you sign up for the Q-bank and predictor exams. They are VERY helpful. I made flashcards of information and just kept going over them whenever I could. As I did the Q-bank, questions I missed I would go back over and review my notes from APEA as well as the Leik chapter. The questions are aimed more at presenting a situation and giving you options to choose from, while some are quite straight-forward and the answer kind of jumps out at you. As you are doing your review, think of situations you saw during clinicals and how they were addressed...did they follow EBP, did they follow the recommended guidelines? This can help "cement" some of the things into your brain.

thank you so much. With that being said which questions were more like the ANP examination, leik or APeA?

I'm not familiar with the ANP exam, but I think that is associated with Barkley and have heard it mirrors the exam quite closely. For me, it was just doing the questions until I felt comfortable and learning why I got the answer wrong...most of the time it was reading too much into the question, not reading the question/answers clearly...etc. Both Leik and APEA give pointers on test taking (reading the question for clues, ruling out answers, etc).
