AACN membership

I joined a one year AACN membership. I know the benefits that I can get from AACN if I am a member. Can I cancel the membership after one year if I dont like it anymore? Or they will cancel me automatically if I dont pay for next year.

It will cancel. They will send you a reminder notice to renew, which you will have to do yourself.

You signed up for a year....that's what you get. It'll cancel on its own if you don't renew.
